STEP 1:
Complete our Online Application – Enter information into our online application.
STEP 2:
Set up an Appointment for an Interview – Our Contractor Onboarding Specialist will review your information and contact you to schedule an appointment.
We will determine during this phase of the process whether the relationship is a good fit for the job and our company. You will be contacted on the decision.
STEP 3:
Bid on Scope of Work. When a construction project is being vetted, you will receive a detailed Scope of Work. You will access the property to evaluate the job appropriately.
During this process, multiple contractors are bidding on the job. If it is determined that you are the Contractor for the job, you will be notified. After which we proceed to meet up and complete paperwork.
STEP 4:
Before the job begins, it is mandatory that we complete and exchange paperwork. our six critical documents must be completed and signed.
REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN OUR
CONTRACTOR TEAM:
• Licensed (Including Subcontractors)
• Insured ($1 Million Minimum Coverage)
• Business Structured as LLC or Corporation
• Completed Work Portfolio
• Provide Warranty for Minimum One Year
• No History of Lawsuits or Bankruptcy
Financial Stability (Including Established Business Credit)
• Ability to Always Pull Permits
• Possess a “Can-Do” Attitude
